Lauren Fowler is the best!! but 3 ways beautiful is the best all around! Very well mannered staff and they are very welcoming when you first walk in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a salon.

finally getting around to writing this review because I honestly just wasn't sure what to feel or how to put my thoughts into words until now. The first time I went to this salon, I saw Somaieh who did an absolutely wonderful job cutting my hair. to be honest, i would've given that service 4-5 star reviews because the salon itself is fabulous and everyone is very friendly and Somaieh was just phenomenal and so kind and knowledgeable at her craft. she made sure we prioritized my hair's health while still meeting my expectations. however, i went in august to get my hair cut after another salon butchered my layers. Mindi was my stylist and i honestly don't think she did a good job at all. why are you writing this now you say? i'm not a confrontational person so it's hard for me to do this, but i have cried over my hair everyday since that cut. i wanted to grow it out so when I went and saw Mindi, i asked for her to fix the layers and help my bangs look better so they can grow out and not look so choppy. as soon as i stepped out of the salon, i began sobbing because i felt so ugly from my hair cut. in addition, Mindi was also a little unprofessional during my experience with how she held herself during my appointment time and the way she spoke to me. it was just a little sloppy. i felt like she didn't hear what i was saying about the cut, nor listened to my desires and hopes for the outcome. the styling was also just not it. please just do some research on who your stylist is when you get a cut - i will be growing this out for even longer now.

Everyone at the salon is amazing, welcoming, and so nice!! Jerrica is my constant go to whenever I get my haircut and she is the BEST!!! She always makes me feel comfortable and confident, and she always listens to exactly what I want and does an incredible job!!! She’s also super helpful whenever I need advice on products and keeping my hair healthy and beautiful. I seriously won’t go anywhere else!!!

I have had a hard time trusting people with my hair but today I let Danielle take care of me and I love love love the way my hair looks. I asked for a wolf cut and she did an amazing job so I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place!

Three Ways Beautiful Salon combines the quality and polish of an uptown salon with the warmth and intimacy of a neighborhood barber shop. The experience begins when you walk in the door and sunny owner, Mercedes, welcomes you with your choice of barista coffee. My stylist, the lovely Danielle, knows my hair & lifestyle and designs a style that works for me, even as I’ve gone from blonde to grey and long to layered.

I experienced just how wonderful they are this week when I asked for a short Jamie Lee Curtis cut. I’m starting chemo and wanted to get used not having hair! I commented that Danielle was wearing breast cancer pink, and she said, “you noticed.” She had worn that sweater on purpose. My fun new do and Danielle & Mercedes’ kindness have given me more confidence to beat this cancer!

Oksana did an AMAZING job on my hair! As a natural redhead, I didn't want to steer away from the color, but I did want a deep/dark/rich look. I felt that my hair had become quite dull. She was so careful in deciding how to mix the toner and such that I needed. My hair turned out so awesome, I am SO happy! She cut my ends and worked with my layers. Every strand of hair; color and texture; was very evenly blended! I felt that she really listened to my request and matched my thoughts exactly. Definitely going back to Oksana!

Although she began nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment time, they offered me a complimentary 30 minute massage while I waited which was fantastic! Super glad it worked out that way! Everyone was very friendly and offered drinks throughout my appointment.
