My family and I stayed here for 4 days. We had a 2 room suite and we really liked it. It was comfortable the room was clean and even had dishes in the kitchen. The furniture was a bit worn but that wasn't a big deal for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you're going to be staying in the area for Navy graduation I would definitely recommend this hotel.

NAVY GRADUATION. Excellent location. 2 bed and 2 bath with a full kitchen at a great price was fantastic. Pool and breakfast buffet a plus. Nice property and spacious rooms for your new Sailor to enjoy and relax. Absolutely recommended!

Cancelled the reservation. After already charging an additional 23.00 per night in case of cancellation or change (Navy Graduation dates can change) making the room cost almost 900.00 for 4 nights they then sent an email advising of an additional 5.00 per night parking fee. Way to take advantage of Navy families who are already struggling with expenses. Ew. Do better.

Loved this place. The front desk staff were so welcoming. The Young girl there (didn't get her name), but her customer service skills were inmpecable. Good Job Young Lady! Came from L.A. for Our Sailor's Graduation. Front desk had awnsers to all our questions about the event. Also information about what to do and eat around town. Thank you Sonesta ES staff. We will be back soon, just for vacation.

Staying here was great! Roughly half an hour outside of Chicago, 10 minutes to Six Flags and 15 minutes from the Wisconsin border. The rooms were in good shape and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast here was top notch.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. My parents were staying at this hotel meanwhile their home insurance completed home repairs. Unfortunately, during their stay my mother had knee surgery. The maintenance guy would always tell my mother the elevator did not work so she had to use the stairs. (Never posted a sign Out of Order or Under maintenance) The elevator did work!! He would only say it to her to see her struggle going up/down the stairs. He would always talk in an aggressive/hostile manner and tell my SENIOR parents they did not belong here. When mentioned to the managers they did nothing. On top of the hostility and racist comments this place is dirty and unkept. If I could give any advice to anyone DO NOT STAY HERE, management and front desk are all rude and unprofessional. HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE HOSPITALITY!!!
