Impactada, hermoso hotel, con las mejores Habitaciones, te da una paz increíble,la cama una delicia, su ropa de cama la mejor, atención desde los porteros amables ,Valet Parking perfecto, ( y como anécdota olvidé mis lentes de sol de alta gama y además un anillo con una gran esmeralda)y me lo recuperaron ,por supuesto que si tengo l oportunidad de regresar lo haré ?

Excellent tub , restaurant food, not your everyday American style cuisine very European style dishes.
Prepared by authentic cooks who know their trade.
European taste with European prices to match.
The room is European, big or better wording small.
The bed is extremely comfortable and room lighting very,very different.
It's great for romantic getaway, newlyweds, or just spending time being close to each other's company.
The windows, on the other hand, were Not European style cause the only way to clean is to be done by professional window cleaners on ropes or scaffolding.
No great taking pictures from them dirty polluted windows.

I recently stayed at Hotel Perla on Olive St, and it was fantastic! The hotel is beautifully adorned with natural plants everywhere, creating a calming atmosphere. The rooftop pool is a highlight, offering stunning views and a bar that's open to the public, making it a great spot to relax.

Located in the heart of downtown LA, it's just a short walk to the jewelry district and conveniently close to a great boba spot on the corner. Although the parking next door isn’t associated with the hotel, it was perfect and made my stay hassle-free.

The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and cute. I highly recommend Hotel Perla for anyone looking to enjoy a vibrant stay in downtown LA!

Don't think the hotel fully understands all the required benefits for Marriott Platinum. They essentially forced me to take a breakfast voucher (good for $10 x2 per night) rather than giving me Marriott points instead as part of the hotel not having a guaranteed lounge. In any case stayed here on a corporate rate which was very discounted so for the price, it was unbeatable. Location was good, decor is very unique and pretty. The pool was ok, wish it was a little bit longer but gets the job done for some nice lap swims.

I wish my review could reflect more than just my check-in experience, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst I've ever had at any hotel. As a long-time Marriott member with extensive travel and property management experience, I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I’m at a loss as to where anyone would learn to speak to a guest in such a manner.

On a positive note, Hotel Per La is indeed a beautiful place. I understand why people might enjoy their stay here. However, the manager, whom I believe is named Richard, was extremely condescending and rude during our check-in. His demeanor was dismissive, accusatory, and very unpleasant. When I questioned his tone, his response was to suggest that “we could go somewhere else” “he doesn’t have to help us” and questioned our energy.? This interaction was both unprofessional and shocking, especially since neither my friend nor I had said more than a simple hello.

Additionally, being spoken to in this manner as two Black guests by a non-Black staff member made the experience even more unsettling. We felt unwelcome and regret our decision to stay. Unfortunately, I can only rate this hotel based on the negative impression left by this experience, and will never return here again.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is generally pleasant. However, it feels like they’re short-staffed. They hand you a luggage cart instead of having a bellhop, and when I asked for a dental kit, I was told it would be brought to my room. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called again and was told to pick it up at the front desk instead. The same thing happened with the valet. We were told to call to get our car, but then they said we had to come downstairs. It’s a decent place for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here for longer.

From start to finish, we felt like one of the elite being in Hotel Per La. First of all, Dante and his snorlax pin are amazing. We really felt welcomed by his glowing smile and inviting presence. He made sure we knew all about the offers to offset the costs of the fees. He checked us in and gave us late check out.

He made sure to answer all and any questions. We were very happy to be checked in with such high customer service and great customer satisfaction.

Sara was also very helpful when checking out. We wanted to make sure all the credits were used and everything was paid for on the right card. Sara seamlessly assisted us while politely putting callers on hold to ensure we got her full attention.

The Hotel Per La is so beautiful. It’s like stepping into a time capsule into the glory days of Los Angeles. We loved our stay, highly recommend, and look forward to staying for a longer visit.
