Buen trato, mucha amabilidad, pero no nos informaron de los impuestos que teníamos que pagar en la aduana por la compra. Un gesto muy feo.Si la compra la hubieran dividido en dos tickets no tendría que haber pagado tanto en la aduana

Really nice view from the room. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. However, you would need to book the spa even we asked in email in advance that no booking is needed.

The receptionist Rebecca was in really bad attitude, impolite and unhelpful on the day we checked out. She denied everything that the other receptionist told us on the day we check in and did not offer to help us when we asked for information.
Interesting how they treat you totally different while you are checking out. The receptionist who served us while we checked in was really helpful and offered lots of info about the city and help on parking.
Good luck if you meet Rebecca as your receptionist.

The manager 'Alberto' at E1 spa was superb as was his front desk team each time I visited. Polite and always willing to help each one of them. Alberto offered great customer service from the start and nothing was too much trouble.

I was working in Gibraltar for a month and whilst there joined their gym and Spa. Well worth the joining fee and monthly charge. Always clean and I went 5 days a week!
Very impressed and worth a shout out. Thank you for making my visits so enjoyable.

I stayed for a week at the E1. The manatees were very good. They poster out something we left behind. Furthermore any queries were dealt with efficiently. The breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel we've stated. Will definitely recommend to family a d friends

Very professional massage therapists. I received from Eden and another day from Evita a very relaxing massage. Spa facilities are great. You can start with the gym, then go to sauna, hammam, plunge pool, 22m swimming pool, jacuzzi, sensory showers, relaxation room. Perfect place to disconnect from the world.

A few days ago I visited this spa with my son. Unfortunately there was a power outage and so we had to cancel the visit. The young man at reception was very polite and friendly, but after we had changed again, a female employee came along who was hard to beat in terms of arrogance. At first she wanted an ID from my son because apparently my age statement wasn't enough for her. Then she told me that we should count ourselves lucky to even receive a voucher for a free visit, since the power outage was not the spa's fault, and she only gave a 10% discount. If this lady had studied something properly, she would also know that a promised service has to be provided, simple contract law. It's sad when people do nothing with their lives and act out this bitterness at work. I threw away the voucher because it was beneath me.
