Love this salon! I got a shampoo and blow dry today and loved the result. The salon was very modern and well set-up, making it feel welcoming. Everyone that worked on my hair was a great conversationalist and I didn’t even realize time went by so quickly. Most importantly, Alexandre personally came to talk to me and he was incredibly sweet. First time to salon I had a consultation with Chau who gave me a realistic description of how my hair would respond to the several levels of icy/cool color highlighting that I requested. In order not to dry out my hair too much, and not go brassy - but still get the result I wanted, she recommended hand-painted balayage. That way it would grow out without a clear delineation and I could wait 6 to 8 months between visits. She showed me some examples of the outcome I could expect - and I made an appointment. I am SO pleased at the outcome, which is exactly what we had agreed on. Everyone loves it!!

Phenomenal experience. They treat us like friends of a lifetime. My wife has been going to Alexandre de Paris for more than 30 years. I get a haircut, and she gets the works. Spending cited in my review was for me alone. My wife’s is more, but extremely competitive, even compared to where we reside. We drive all the way from West Virginia to get this quality!
